Overview Zithelo Real Estate is a growing property development company building structured, modern residential developments across Lagos Job Position: Site Supervisor Job Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a competent, responsible, and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure that construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved specifications and timelines. Job Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate workers, artisans, and contractors on site. Monitor work progress to ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules. Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors. Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure compliance with required standards. Maintain accurate daily site records, including work progress, materials received, labour deployment, and site activities. Identify and promptly report construction issues, defects, delays, and safety concerns. Ensure proper use, storage, and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Monitor site attendance, productivity, and discipline of workers and artisans. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Liaise with engineers, architects, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders as required. Assist in monitoring project costs and preventing material wastage. Prepare regular site progress reports for management. Ensure the site is properly organised, secure, and maintained. Perform other site-related duties as assigned by Management. Job Qualifications Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 3–5 years’ relevant experience: in construction site supervision. Proven experience: supervising residential or commercial building projects. Good understanding of construction processes, building materials, drawings, and site practices. Strong ability to coordinate artisans, contractors, and other site personnel. Good knowledge of construction health and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong organisational, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain high standards of accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
