Translate company strategy into clear operational priorities and measurable targets. Set departmental objectives and hold managers accountable for performance. Monitor revenue, profitability, costs, cash flow, and other key business indicators. Drive business development, customer acquisition, retention, and commercial growth. Oversee workshop operations and ensure high standards of service delivery. Ensure effective management of parts, inventory, procurement, and operational resources. Work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain financial discipline and profitability. Work closely with the HR Manager to build a productive, accountable, and high-performing workforce. Review operational and financial reports and take corrective action where necessary. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of unnecessary expenditure. Develop and implement systems that improve productivity and operational control. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve significant customer issues.
