We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of construction and renovation projects from planning through execution and completion. The successful candidate will manage people, contractors, budgets, timelines, quality, documentation and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers. Coordinate procurement and vendor management. Supervise site activities and monitor quality of work. Maintain HSE standards and safe working procedures. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, BOQs and engineering requirements. Develop project schedules, milestones and deliverables. Prepare and monitor project budgets and expenditure. Plan and coordinate projects from commencement to completion. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Identify and mitigate project, cost, schedule, technical and safety risks. Manage client communication and expectations. Review quotations and identify cost overruns and variations. Requirements: Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs and project documentation. Strong construction/project management experience. Experience: managing project budgets and costs. Strong reporting and documentation skills. PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, QSRBN, CORBON or equivalent certification is an advantage. Experience: managing construction or renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes. Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline. Minimum 4–5 years’ project management experience. Ideal Candidate: An execution-driven, technically competent and commercially aware professional who can deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. Proven contractor and subcontractor management experience. N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
