Responsibilities: Supervise reservation and ticketing activities to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction. Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds in line with customer requests and airline policies Provide customers with accurate fare quotations, itinerary details, and information on fare rules and restrictions Monitor ticketing time limits, BSPlink refunds, and ensure compliance with IATA regulations Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports for management and corporate clients Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
