We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facility remains safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained while coordinating vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers effectively. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Supervise and coordinate facility staff, technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and external contractors where applicable. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility. Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, inspections, and repairs. Ensure that all facilities, equipment, utilities, and building systems are properly maintained. Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and conducive for employees and visitors. Respond promptly to facility emergencies and operational issues. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Recommend improvements that will enhance facility efficiency and reduce operational costs. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Monitor facility-related expenses and assist with budget management. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues. Requirements: Excellent vendor and contractor management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
