MEAL Support Staff Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA , PhD/Fellowship Experience: 1 year Location Borno Job Field NGO/Non-Profit ABOUT THE JOB The MEAL Support staff will provide technical and operational support to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) function to ensure that programme activities are effectively monitored, accurately documented, and implemented in accordance with organisational standards and donor requirements. The post holder will support data collection, data entry, verification, analysis, reporting, accountability, feedback mechanisms, and learning activities across projects. The role will work closely with programme teams, field staff, partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to strengthen programme quality, demonstrate results, identify challenges, and promote continuous learning and improvement. The position requires strong attention to detail, good analytical and organizational skills, integrity in handling programme data, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced humanitarian environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
