The Business and Client Experience: Manager is responsible for driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across all client touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Experience: Handle The Aso Ebi Desk enquiries and personal styling bookings Own the full customer journey: order confirmation, fittings coordination, delivery follow-through, returns and after-sales Handle in-store client fittings and styling appointments at the VI outlet. Grow repeat business through proactive follow-up, loyalty and referrals Run the social-commerce sales pipeline across Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp — from enquiry to closed order to follow-up Stockists & Distribution: Travel across Lagos to meet buyers, present the range, seal agreements and keep relationships warm through regular in-person contact Supply curated capsules and own-label drops; coordinate deliveries and returns Identify and pitch multi-brand retailers and concept stores whose positioning and customer fit the Style by Capricorn range Track sell-through by stockist, trigger restocks, and report on which partners perform Negotiate and close consignment or wholesale terms — margins, restocking andb brand-presentation standards Business & Operations: Coordinate couriers and last-mile delivery; track dispatches through to receipt Coordinate inventory at the VI outlet, sourcing follow-up and supplier communication Deliver a weekly sales-and-operations report to the Creative Director.
