We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: IT Support Executive Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The IT Support Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations, and driving technology improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role requires proactive problem-solving, a strong understanding of IT systems, and effective collaboration with various departments. Duties & Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and workstations to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensure data backups, disaster recovery systems, and security protocols are active and functional. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Technical Support: Manage IT helpdesk operations and respond to support tickets/queries promptly. Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Train employees on the effective use of technology tools, hardware, and business software. System Optimization & Upgrades: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and execute upgrades to improve operational efficiency. Ensure all systems and business applications remain updated, patched, and running smoothly. Collaborate with vendors to procure, install, and configure new systems, hardware, and software licenses.
