Lead enterprise-wide transformation projects across UR9 Group by reviewing existing business processes, identifying operational gaps, re-designing workflows, improving departmental efficiency and ensuring that all subsidiaries operate with stronger structure, speed, accountability and performance discipline. Coordinate the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of major strategic projects by working closely with management, heads of departments, managers, supervisors and subsidiary teams to ensure that approved initiatives are executed on time, within scope, within budget and in line with UR9 Group's growth objectives. Drive innovation and strategic initiatives across UR9 Group's business interests and other emerging ventures by developing new business models, digital solutions, process improvements, revenue opportunities and operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience: in enterprise transformation, business improvement, innovation management, strategic initiatives, management consulting, project management, operations strategy and organizational development. Must have practical experience: leading transformation projects, developing strategic plans, improving business processes, managing cross-functional teams, preparing executive reports, tracking project performance and implementing initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability and business growth. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Operations Management or any related field; a Master's Degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong enterprise transformation, process improvement, innovation management, business restructuring, change management, project execution and strategic planning skills. Strong understanding of business operations, digital transformation, workflow automation, revenue improvement, organizational efficiency, risk management and cross-functional coordination within a diversified group structure like UR9 Group. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder management and performance monitoring skills with the ability to turn complex business challenges into clear action plans.
