We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Corporate Finance Analyst / Investment Banking Associate Code: CFA 2026 Location: Lagos Job Schedule: Full time Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, treasury, operations, and strategy. Prepare pitch-desks documents for deal sourcing. Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising opportunities. Conduct financial analysis to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and business planning. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and market research. Support preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and strategic planning documents. Develop financial models for forecasting, valuation, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess company performance and identify trends towards appropriate advisory. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting standards. Perform competitor analysis and market benchmarking to inform financial strategy. Requirements: CFA, ICAN, or similar certifications is a plus.
