The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, organizational development, and compliance while building strong relationships with employees, management, clients, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to align people strategies with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present HR reports, workforce insights, and recommendations to management to support informed business decisions. Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, resolving workplace concerns, handling disciplinary matters, and ensuring the fair and consistent application of company policies. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee, client, and organizational information. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring effective performance, accountability, and achievement of departmental objectives. Oversee onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives. Ensure accurate and timely management of employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and other HR operations. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, employees, management, and other key stakeholders. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand workforce requirements, provide appropriate HR solutions, and ensure effective delivery of staffing and people-related services where applicable. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s business objectives and workforce needs. Build and maintain a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and organizational standards. Review, develop, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Lead and oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains high-quality talent. Identify HR challenges and implement practical solutions that improve employee productivity, engagement, and overall business performance. Provide strategic HR advice and recommendations to senior management on workforce planning, employee performance, organizational development, and people-related matters. Qualifications & Requirements: Available to work Monday- Saturday. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with senior management to support organizational growth and performance. Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage. Proven experience: managing recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and HR operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced business environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle complex employee and organizational matters.
