We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Pharmacy Operations: Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with prescriptions and established procedures. Provide customers with appropriate information on medication usage as directed by the pharmacist. Receive, verify, label, package, and organize medications and other pharmaceutical products. Refer clinical or medication-related questions to the supervising pharmacist. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and identify products that require replenishment. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic stock counts. Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation using appropriate inventory practices. Receive and properly store medications and pharmaceutical products. Report damaged, expired, missing, or low-stock items to the pharmacist or pharmacy manager. Assist in preventing stock losses and discrepancies. Customer Service: Process customer orders and transactions accurately. Assist customers with locating products and provide general product information within the scope of the role. Maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience. Attend to customers professionally and courteously. Handle customer inquiries and complaints appropriately and escalate issues when necessary. Documentation & Compliance: Follow pharmacy policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales, inventory, and other relevant pharmacy activities. Support the pharmacist with documentation and routine administrative duties. Maintain confidentiality of customer and patient information. Salary N150,000 / month.
