We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Development Officer Locations: Abuja (FCT), Edo, Niger, and Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Sell, Cross-sell and Upsell the Bank’s products Proactively identify churn risks and take decisive action to protect and grow revenue Implement marketing strategies Own revenue expansion within existing accounts through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives O wn the full sales cycle; sourcing, qualification, negotiation, and convert demand into revenue Draw up work schedules for identifying and marketing prospective customers Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across SMEs and other products. Deliver a clear commercial growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion Capably aid clients in establishing a budget and a schedule for repaying their loans. Swiftly interpret clients' credit ratings (creditworthiness). Act as the commercial lead for key clients, strengthening long-term value and positioning Be directly accountable for revenue performance across all products, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
