The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa application procedures, ensuring all documentation meets embassy requirements, and providing accurate travel information Responsibilities: Advise and assist clients with travel planning and booking of flights, accommodations, and travel insurance. Proactively follow up with clients and provide updates on application status. Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation. Handle visa and relocation applications for destinations including the USA, Canada, the UK, the Schengen Zone, Asia, Africa, and others. Maintain accurate records of applications, transactions, and customer communications. Liaise with embassies, visa application centers, airlines, and global partners to ensure smooth processing. Develop customized travel and study packages based on client needs and preferences. Offer after-sales support and collect client feedback to improve service quality. Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, airport pickup, accommodation arrangements, etc. Requirements: Familiarity with GDS booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and CRM tools is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A passion for travel and customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major countries (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Schengen). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
