We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Housekeeper Location : Abuja Reports To: Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor Job Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all guest apartments are clean, hygienic, well-organized, properly stocked, and ready for guest check-in. The role requires attention to detail, honesty, good time management, and a strong commitment to maintaining DAL's housekeeping standards. Key Responsibilities: Check for damaged, missing, or misplaced items and report them promptly. Clean and sanitize guest apartments, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Handle guest belongings with honesty, care, and confidentiality. Ensure apartments are properly arranged and ready before guest arrival. Report maintenance issues and faulty equipment to the supervisor. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and company procedures. Replenish toiletries, water, tissue, and guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and surfaces. Make beds and replace linens, towels, and other supplies. Follow housekeeping checklists and conduct final inspections. KPIs Guest Amenities Replenishment: ≥ 98% Damage/Missing Item Reporting: 100% Apartment Readiness Before Check-in: ≥ 95% Apartment Cleanliness Score: ≥ 95% Cleaning Checklist Completion: 100% Apartment Turnaround Compliance: ≥ 95% Guest Cleanliness Complaints: ≤ 2% Qualifications & Experience: Previous housekeeping, hotel, shortlet, serviced apartment, or cleaning experience: is an advantage. Minimum of OND or equivalent. Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene practices. Required Skills: Attention to detail. Good communication skills. Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
