We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations within the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional teams, strengthening channel partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving performance targets across the region. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit periodic reports on regional activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Provide overall leadership, supervision, and management of regional teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide operational support where necessary. Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales, operational, and business performance targets. Perform any other duties and responsibilities: assigned by management. Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Empower, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capability, engagement, and succession readiness. Review, analyze, and optimize business and operational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Drive channel development and foster effective cooperation with key stakeholders, partners, and business channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
