Responsibilities: Safely operate 160-ton and 250-ton all-terrain cranes; Perform lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and manufacturer specifications; Work closely with Lifting Supervisors, Riggers, and Banksmen; Comply with all company HSE policies and international lifting standards; Read and interpret load charts to ensure safe lifting operations; Ensure correct crane setup, including outriggers, leveling, and boom configuration; Maintain the crane in excellent operating condition and promptly report maintenance requirements. Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any defects or unsafe conditions; Requirements: Ability to work in a demanding construction environment; Valid Crane Operator Licence/Certification; Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
