Responsibilities: Store food products correctly and practise FIFO stock rotation. Assist during service when required. Complete mise en place for assigned sections. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures. Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas. Assist with food preparation and basic cooking duties. Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, garnishes, and other ingredients. Requirements: Basic knowledge of food preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attitude and willingness to learn. Culinary training or certificate is preferred. Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-2 years experience. Good teamwork and communication skills. Previous kitchen experience: is an advantage.
