You will prospect and secure business from corporate clients, real estate developers, building contractors, institutions (schools, churches, hospitals), and site engineers for large-scale painting projects across Rivers State. We are looking for an ambitious, target-oriented Field Project Development Officerto spearhead our commercial project sales. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with factory production and technical teams to ensure timely supply and quality standards for project sites. Maintain a pipeline of prospective project leads and report weekly site logs to Management. Conduct site assessments, present product technical specifications, prepare project estimates, and submit competitive tender proposals. Drive project sales from initial quote to contract signing and final payment collection. Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, and painting contractors. Identify, target, and visit active building sites, real estate developments, and institutional facilities to offer commercial painting solutions. Requirements: & Qualifications Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in paint manufacturing, building materials, construction, or real estate development. Demonstrated ability to interpret basic building plans, prepare project estimates/bills of quantities, and present formal proposals.
