We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced Auto Maintenance Personnel to join our team. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to vehicle maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, servicing, parts replaced, and maintenance schedules. Identify worn or faulty parts and recommend appropriate replacements. Monitor the condition and proper use of maintenance tools and equipment. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and meet applicable safety and roadworthiness requirements. Perform routine servicing, including oil changes, filter replacement, lubrication, and basic engine maintenance. Work with approved mechanics, spare-parts suppliers, and external service providers when specialized repairs are required. Inspect and maintain braking systems, suspension, steering, tyres, batteries, and other vehicle components. Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce vehicle breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan. Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles to identify mechanical faults and maintenance needs. Advise management on major repairs, vehicle replacement needs, and maintenance costs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop or maintenance area. Ensure proper handling and disposal of used oil, batteries, filters, and other automotive waste. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle-related faults. Perform any other duties related to vehicle maintenance as assigned by management.
