We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Driver Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The ideal candidate must have excellent, first-hand knowledge of Abuja's roads, districts, and routes, and must be able to navigate the city confidently without relying on GPS or third-party guidance. The Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, management, and company property across Abuja and, where required, other locations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws and company driving policies. Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (fuel, oil, tyres, lights, etc.) and report faults promptly. Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official assignments and staff movement. Report any accidents, mechanical issues, or delays promptly to supervisors. Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition at all times. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and any goods being transported. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management. Assist with errands, deliveries, and dispatch of documents/items as required. Navigate all routes within Abuja (and environs) accurately and efficiently without needing directions or navigation apps. Requirements: Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance. Must have excellent and accurate knowledge of Abuja roads, districts, and routes without guidance (mandatory). Valid Nigerian driver's license (mandatory). Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification. Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. Physically fit, alert, and punctual. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 3 years of proven driving experience. Clean driving record with no history of accidents due to negligence.
