Experience: using ERP or production management systems is an added advantage. Good reporting and communication skills. Good understanding of FMCG/manufacturing production processes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines. 2–4 years of experience: in production data entry, production reporting, MIS, or a similar role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
