Executive Search & Strategic Hiring Executive Mapping: Lead high-stakes "Executive Search" mandates, focusing on C-suite and senior leadership roles. Experience: 1–3 years in HR/Recruitment with a background in Healthcare/Pharma, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, FMCG, or Construction.
