We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Spa Manager Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Summary Spa Manager is responsible for managing the facility, maintaining supplies, ensuring customer satisfaction, keeping records, creating budgets, meeting up to targets, enforcing compliance and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilitie Inform operational team of job responsibilities, performance expectations, targets, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines. Ensure that the spa hygiene is up to standard Liaise with production team and Admin to ensure all the spa grade products needed are available in a timely manner Establish spa budget and financial goals Work closely with the HR to enforce compliance of all set down rules and regulations Actively grow revenue and profit lines by ensuring spa supplies are utilised appropriately. Analyse trends and metrics as it concerns spa operations Make and submit detailed reports as required Liaise with the Lead therapist to create fun in spa team bonding, training and exposure for operational team members Develop and formulate training plans for in spa operational team members as needed/observed Coordinate facility schedules to maximise usage and efficiency. Develop and implement marketing strategy for retail services Overview of daily booking schedule to ensure maximum occupancy rate Client Management: Monthly meetings with the operation team to keep them updated on the necessary changes, standards and developments to ensure maximum client satisfaction Ensure that all clients and guest have the best experience: and leave refreshed and rejuvenated Analyse and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, suggestions and solutions Reaching out to disgruntled clients to resolve complaints. Facility Management: Work closely with management to ensure the functionality of all mechanical, electrical, glass or wooden equipment by arranging regular professional service/maintenance needed for the smooth operations of all ORIKI facilities in a proper and timely manner. Carrying out weekly inspections of all ORIKI equipment at the location Ensure that every basic equipment in the ORIKI facility is well maintained by conducting proactive maintenance and putting all necessary plans in place to prevent spoilage Supervise and ensure all renovations across the ORIKI facility. Make and submit detailed maintenance reports as required Analyse the repeat failures across the various facilities and implement a planned preventive maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieve high facility maintenance and cleanliness ratings Reduction in operational expenses. Customer satisfaction rating Compliance with health and safety regulations, with zero reported incidents or accidents Ideal Candidate Profile Ability to organize a daily workload according to priorities Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written). Knowledge on cosmetology, skincare and retailing is an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and time management. BA or BSc Degree in Business Management or a related discipline Must possess at least 4 years’ work experience: with solid knowledge on how to handle operations in a hospitality industry, Spa Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
