Inventory & Bookkeeping Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 2 - 5 years Location Abuja Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement. Monitor stock receipts, dispatches, balances, and adjustments. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records. Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping. Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions. Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and relevant documentation. Identify and report stock discrepancies to management. Input and update inventory and financial information using accounting software. Assist with the preparation of basic financial and inventory reports. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: 2-5 years experience: Bachelor’s, HND, or ND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management. Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software is an added advantage. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good record-keeping and organisational skills.
