Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the firm's goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with lawyers to understand client needs and expectations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying areas for additional collaboration. New Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeting potential clients and industries. Oversee the development of tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new clients. Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide the firm with a competitive edge.
