Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify high-value leads through digital prospecting, referrals, and outbound messaging. Respond promptly to inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, social media, email, and live chat. Engage prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable hospitality/travel offerings. Use persuasive conversational selling and chat-based closing techniques to convert leads into paying customers. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue targets. Identify corporate accounts, partnerships, and repeat business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Minimum 5 years experience: in digital sales or business development. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Experience: in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sales is an advantage.
