Here are the detailed requirements: Strong knowledge of hygiene principles, sanitation practices, and environmental health regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise and train team members Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify areas for improvement Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and personal protective equipment (PPE) Understanding of data analysis and reporting to track hygiene performance and identify trends Responsibilities Develop and implement hygiene policies, procedures, and protocols Supervise and train hygiene staff, including cleaners, sanitarians, and quality control technicians Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Investigate hygiene-related incidents and implement corrective actions Collaborate with other departments to ensure a clean and safe environment Stay up to date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.
