We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Alaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective management of branch operations, sales coordination, staff supervision, and administrative control. The role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with company policies, achievement of sales objectives, and proper coordination between the branch and Head Office. Responsibilities: Driving branch revenue growth and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets. Managing customer relations and resolving escalated complaints. Supervising Sales Representatives, Cashier, Store Keeper, and Logistics personnel. Submitting periodic performance and operational reports to Management. Ensuring proper inventory management, stock reconciliation, and minimal stock loss. Reviewing and monitoring daily sales reports and cash reconciliation. Overseeing daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability. Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience: in branch operations, sales, or administrative management. Maintaining discipline, order, security, and professional standards within the branch. Good knowledge of sales operations, inventory management, and basic accounting. Enforcing compliance with the Company’s financial, operational, and internal control policies. Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
