You will lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fintech solutions. What You’ll Do Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, promoting professional growth and ensuring high performance. Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver integrated and user-centric solutions. Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
