Responsibilities: Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen operations Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of food supplies when necessary Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental meals to high standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times Manage meal schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations Plan menus and ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective Key Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Minimum of OND/ HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or any related field is an added advantage Professional appearance and positive attitude.
