Responsibilities: Support in coordinating the hiring process for new recruits, including pre-employment screening, travel, relocation. Support in coordinating career fairs and university engagements. Support in maintaining requisition and advertising databases. Support in maintaining new employee files and Human Resources records to support future activity. Organize the logistics for all assessment sessions. Participate in continuous improvement & employee engagement initiatives. Continuous communication with candidates on application statues and queries . Maintain a good grasp of Talent Acquisition and HR issues. Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
