We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Content Associate Location: Ibadan, Oyo Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary You will work closely with the Content Lead to turn ideas into content that gets attention, builds trust, grows our community and ultimately contributes to sales. The Content Associate is responsible for helping Tulips & Lilies consistently create and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media and digital platforms. This role is for someone who is creative, proactive, internet-savvy, organised and comfortable being hands-on. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms. Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms. Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, product videos and behind-the-scenes content. Create content around our products, customers, team, processes, events and brand story. Assist with photography and videography during content shoots. Content Ideas & Execution: Regularly generate fresh content ideas based on trends, customer behaviour and brand objectives. Participate actively in content brainstorming and planning sessions. Research trending sounds, formats, hooks and content styles. Turn approved ideas into actual content. Help ensure that content is produced according to the agreed content calendar. Founder-Led Content: Help make the Founder relatable, credible and trustworthy to the audience. Help capture the Founder’s thoughts, opinions, experiences, lessons and business journey. Assist with filming founder-led reels, talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes content and educational content. Assist in developing content featuring the Founder/MD. Community Engagement: Help build an active and engaged online community. Respond to relevant comments and interactions in line with the brand voice. Identify questions, complaints, desires and recurring conversations from customers that can become content. Monitor comments, DMs and audience conversations. Content Performance: Identify content that performs well and help replicate successful formats. Report content performance to the Content Lead. Track views, reach, engagement, shares, saves, profile visits, enquiries and other relevant metrics. Monitor how published content performs. Content Production Support: Assist with planning and executing content shoots. Coordinate with team members involved in shoots. Prepare products, props, locations and equipment required for shoots. Ensure content assets are properly organised and stored. Expectations You are expected to: Take ownership of assigned content projects. Meet deadlines consistently. Be willing to appear on camera when required. Bring new ideas to the table every week. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
