What You Will Lead Develop and implement the Bank's Human Capital Strategy in line with business objectives. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development and people initiatives. Strengthening the Human Capital function as a trusted business partner. Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement. Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management and coaching. Review and modernize Human Capital policies, governance, compliance and HR processes. Leverage HR technology and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making. Champion an inclusive, engaging and values-driven workplace culture. What Will Make You Successful Strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Experience within banking or financial services is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation. Experience implementing HR technology and data-driven HR practices. You have successfully led change, built strong relationships with senior leaders and delivered measurable improvements in organizational performance.
