The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assigning delivery requests to riders, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining smooth day-to-day logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Assign delivery jobs to available helpers based on proximity, capacity, and delivery timelines. Assist with onboarding new merchants and helpers within tejuosho when required. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution or escalation. Follow up on delayed, failed, or cancelled deliveries and escalate issues where necessary. Prepare daily operational reports, including delivery performance, rider attendance, and incident reports. Ensure all dispatch activities comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor helpers availability and ensure adequate fleet coverage throughout operating hours. Receive and coordinate delivery requests from merchants. Ensure helpers maintain professionalism, punctuality, proper appearance, and excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, completed deliveries, returns, and cancellations. Communicate with helpers to ensure timely pickups and resolve operational challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact between merchants, helpers, and the Operations team. Support the Operations team in achieving delivery efficiency and service quality targets. Monitor the progress of all assigned deliveries from pickup to successful completion.
