The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with required maintenance standards. We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and technically competent HVAC Technician to install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose system malfunctions and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to improve system performance and extend equipment lifespan. Keep proper records of work performed, materials used, parts replaced, and identified faults. Recommend appropriate maintenance measures to prevent recurring faults and improve system efficiency. Communicate professionally with customers regarding system faults, repairs, and maintenance requirements. Complete and maintain accurate maintenance cards, service records, and other required documentation. Install and work with electrical components, controls, and wiring associated with HVAC systems. Inspect, test, and assess HVAC systems and components to identify faults and performance issues. Implement assigned maintenance schedules and ensure all scheduled activities are completed promptly. Repair or replace worn, damaged, or defective HVAC components and parts. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition. Perform other technical and maintenance duties as assigned. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety procedures and technical standards. Requirements: Ability to maintain accurate technical and maintenance records. Must possess relevant technical certifications such as Trade Test Certificate I, II & III, NABTEB, or equivalent. Ability to follow instructions, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring is required. Must be trainable, dependable, and willing to learn. Must be able to read and write effectively.
