We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and clinically competent Medical Doctor to join our team as a full-time resident doctor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification clinical experience, strong general medical knowledge, good clinical judgment, and the ability to independently manage patients and perform appropriate basic surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and clinical documentation. Work collaboratively with nurses, laboratory personnel, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor admitted patients and ensure continuity of care. Participate in clinical reviews, case discussions, and other activities aimed at improving quality of care. Take accurate patient histories and perform thorough physical examinations. Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans. Participate actively in the hospital's surgical services and ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative patient management. Maintain high standards of medical ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, and patient safety. Carry out other reasonable clinical responsibilities: assigned by the hospital management. Provide appropriate patient and family education. Provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients. Attend to patients in the outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and other clinical settings as required. Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide timely intervention.
