Required Qualifications and Competencies Between 2 - 10 years of relevant teaching experience. Proven ability to plan and deliver effective and result-oriented lessons. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners. Candidates must possess or be currently pursuing a TRCN certification or an education-related degree/certificate Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from a recognized institution.
