In this role, you will lead our end-to-end event strategy, from organising high-impact preview sessions and founder masterclasses to running integrated online/offline marketing campaigns that attract and enroll ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders. Job Responsibilities: Event Strategy & Production (Offline & Online): Plan, budget, and execute high-impact preview sessions, founder masterclasses, workshops, and networking mixers designed to showcase training outcomes. Oversee end-to-end event production: venue sourcing, audio-visual setup, vendor management, branding assets, and guest flow. Host and moderate virtual webinars, info sessions, and live streams for hybrid audience engagement. Integrated Marketing Campaigns & Audience Growth: Design and deploy integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media ads, founder communities, and PR) to drive event registration and program awareness. Collaborate with the content team to produce high-converting landing pages, event flyers, promotional copy, and founder spotlight videos. Segment and target founder demographics across startup hubs, trade associations, and corporate networks in Nigeria. Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization: Implement event lead-capture systems (QR forms, CRM tagging, check-in apps) to ensure zero lead loss. Manage post-event follow-up sequences, working alongside the admissions/sales team to convert event attendees into enrolled program participants. Track and report key event metrics: cost-per-lead (CPL), attendee turnout rates, lead-to-applicant conversion rates, and return on event spend (ROAS). Job Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience: in event marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing in Nigeria (tech hub, business accelerator, or corporate training background strongly preferred). Execution Capability: Strong track record of organizing both physical events (50–300+ attendees) and high-converting virtual masterclasses. Campaign & Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Zoom Webinars, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho).
