Maintain accurate records of waste management operations and client activities within the zone. Identify estates, communities, business premises, and institutions not currently receiving waste management services and initiate engagement. Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the General Manager. Monitor waste collection personnel and ensure compliance with operational standards. Monitor service delivery and ensure timely evacuation of waste from clients' premises. Liaise with residents, estate managers, community leaders, and clients to address service-related issues. Coordinate and supervise day-to-day waste collection activities within the assigned zone. Requirements: Ability to work independently and achieve operational targets. Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills. Previous experience: in waste management, environmental health, public health, community development, or field operations will be an added advantage. Must reside within Bwari Area Council.
