Radix Capital Partners Limited is looking for experienced Corporate Finance Analysts with at least 5 years in corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets or project finance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting standards. Perform competitor analysis and market benchmarking to inform financial strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, treasury, operations, and strategy. Support preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and strategic planning documents. Prepare pitch-desks documents for deal sourcing. Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising opportunities. Develop financial models for forecasting, valuation, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Conduct financial analysis to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and business planning. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and market research. Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess company performance and identify trends towards appropriate advisory.
