The Special Assistant to the Chief Executive will serve as a trusted business partner to the Chief Executive, providing strategic, operational, administrative, and project support across key areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support & Special Projects: Support the Chief Executive in the execution of strategic initiatives and business priorities. Conduct research, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to support decision-making. Drive special projects from conception through implementation. Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, and business recommendations. Executive Coordination & Administration: Coordinate and prioritise executive correspondence and communications. Monitor action items and ensure timely follow-up on key commitments. Manage the Chief Executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Chief Executive and internal teams, clients, partners, regulators, and other stakeholders. Support relationship management activities and maintain effective communication channels. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and executive information. Develop executive summaries and management reports as required.
