We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospitality/hotel business and ensure excellent service delivery, operational efficiency, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle operational challenges, guest complaints, and service recovery professionally. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all operational teams and departments. Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the hotel/hospitality facility. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and hospitality standards. Monitor inventory, facilities, equipment, maintenance, and general operational resources. Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, productivity, and compliance with SOPs. Develop and enforce operational procedures, policies, and service standards. Coordinate and supervise IT systems, technology, and operational support. Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with insights and recommendations. Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency. Ensure high standards of guest experience, service delivery, hygiene, and quality control. Requirements: Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and quality control. 4+ years relevant experience: in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, or related operations management. Must be hands-on, proactive, accountable, and results-driven. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities. Proven experience: supervising multi-department teams.
