You will direct our warehousing, transportation, and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will optimize delivery routes, reduce operational costs, and lead our logistics team to achieve peak efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services. Supply Chain Optimization: Direct and optimize the full order cycle to enhance business development and sustainability. Vendor Management: Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to minimize costs and maximize service quality. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with vendors to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs. Data & Analytics: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and utilize logistics software to track on-time delivery rates, shipping times, and inventory turnover. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor logistics staff, warehouse personnel, and coordinators. Compliance: Ensure all daily operations adhere to local laws, international shipping regulations, and health/safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3-5+ years of proven managerial experience: in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
