Role Description Habrams Energy Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation across Nigeria and the wider West African energy market. This leadership role is responsible for identifying and converting EPC, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and other technical service opportunities while building long-term client relationships and leading a high-performing Business Development function. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives. Identify, qualify, and convert EPC, O&M, and technical service opportunities. Lead bid strategy, proposal oversight, and contract negotiations. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders. Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities across West Africa. Lead and develop the Business Development and Tender teams. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, QHSE, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor opportunity pipelines and deliver against revenue and growth targets. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. Minimum of 15 years' experience: in business development, commercial, or strategic leadership roles within the energy industry. Demonstrated success in securing EPC and O&M contracts. Strong knowledge of Nigeria's energy sector, regulatory landscape, and key industry stakeholders. Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
