Lead and manage teams responsible for sourcing, procurement, logistics, and pricing. Proven experience: managing suppliers, including selection, negotiation, performance management, and resolution of supplier-related issues. Good knowledge of logistics planning, shipping coordination, and inventory management. Commercial acumen with experience: reviewing quotations, negotiating prices, and driving cost-effective procurement. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of operational processes, KPIs, and supply chain efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
