The Farm Katsina Limited (TFK) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Dairy Processing Manager to oversee our dairy processing operations, ensuring the production of high-quality yoghurt and the proper handling and storage of fresh milk. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and improvement of dairy products and processes. Monitor raw material usage and minimize production losses. Maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality records. Receive, test, and ensure the proper storage of fresh milk. Plan and supervise daily dairy processing activities. Oversee the production of high- quality yoghurt in line with company standards. Supervise and train dairy processing staff to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards throughout the production process. Ensure dairy processing equipment is properly maintained and operational. Requirements: Strong knowledge of yoghurt production, fresh milk handling, quality assurance, and food safety standards. HND/B.Sc. in Food Science, Dairy Technology or a related field. Good record-keeping and inventory management skills. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in dairy processing or food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
