This role requires a hands-on e-commerce professional with strong expertise in Shopify, performance marketing, digital analytics, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth marketing strategies to increase online revenue. Own and manage the commercial performance and growth of the company's Shopify platform. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, customer retention, and revenue performance. Design and implement digital assets, workflows, automations, and AI-driven solutions that support business growth. Leverage AI tools and automation to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and operational efficiency. Develop and execute email marketing, remarketing, customer retention, and abandoned cart recovery strategies. Build and continuously improve a scalable digital commerce system capable of supporting long-term business growth. Collaborate with sales, content, product, and creative teams to execute high-impact growth campaigns. Optimize website performance, product merchandising, customer journeys, and conversion rates. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms. Participate in campaign planning, content creation, product photoshoots, marketing events, and other strategic business initiatives. Requirements: Commercially driven with a proven ability to increase online revenue and deliver measurable business results.
