Post engaging health content Run paid ads: Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns Write press releases, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and patient education: materials Handle online reputation: respond to reviews, manage feedback Corporate & Community Engagement: Build relationships with HMOs, corporate organizations, schools, churches, and NGOs for partnerships Organize health talks, medical outreaches, and hospital open days Represent the hospital at exhibitions, health fairs, and community events Business Development & Analytics: Track patient referrals, campaign performance, and marketing ROI Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and patient needs Work with commercialteam to achieve patient/ revenue targets Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports for management Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials follow MDCN, NHIS/HMO, and hospital ethical guidelines.
