Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and other marketing channels. Promote the company’s logistics, delivery, haulage, and related services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and conversions. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience: in sales, marketing, business development, preferably within logistics, transportation, or a related industry. Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship management skills.
